What do you do? We automate lodge dining returns - we make it easier for you to confirm your attendance and make payment electronically.
How does your service work? 1) Receive a unique meeting code, or QR code, from your Lodge.
2) Either scan the QR code, or enter the unique meeting code on the homepage, under 'Attend'.
3) Enter your details including dietary requirements, and pay using a debit or credit card, or Apple Pay or Google Pay.
What information do you store? We collect details requested by Lodges to help them administrate their dining process - this typically includes your name, email address, rank, dietary requirements, and the same details of your guests. You may provide your mobile number in order to store your details for future bookings. We do not handle or store your payment details - these are processed securely by the payment provider, Stripe.
Where is my data stored? Your data is encrypted and stored on secure servers and is available to the Lodge arranging the dinner to which you sign up.
Is there a cost? Lodges contribute a small percentage of each payment to us. This helps us to continue providing and improving our service.
Where does my money go? Your payment details are used by our payment provider to make payment into the Lodge bank account. Lodges contribute a small percentage of each payment to us so that we can keep our services running.
Can I get a refund? We do not currently process refunds. If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact the organiser directly. Please be aware that the organiser may not refund the administration charge levied by us.

2) Circulate the unique booking link and qr code to your members and guests, who confirm attendance and pay online.
3) View responses securely, and receive payment automatically into your bank account.
Is there a cost? A small processing charge is added to the amount you specify as your cost. This helps us to continue providing and improving our service.
Can I send a refund using your system? We do not currently process refunds.
What information do you store? In order to help administrate your dinner, we store your name, email address, mobile number, the Lodge Name and Number which you administrate, and the bank details of the Lodge which you administrate. We may ask you to provide verification documents.
Who can sign up? Any Lodge or Chapter that is both operating in the UK and associated with UGLE (or SGC), OWF, or HFAF can sign up to use our services.
Which member of my Lodge/Chapter should sign up? We recommend that the first person from your Lodge or Chapter to register with us is someone with access to its bank account, so that payouts can be set up easily.
How do I sign up? You can register your details in the 'Sign up' section on the homepage.
How do you verify me? Once we've checked your Lodge or Chapter is eligible to be registered, we'll check you are a genuine representative by asking you to upload verification documents and a bank statement.
